| | | Description: NU456 Leadership and Management. 3 hours. Prepares the student for the role as nurse leader/ manager. Focuses on theory and application of leadership and management skills. Includes pertinent aspects of the economic, regulatory, and legal aspects of health care as well as health care systems in the United States that impact the role of the nurse leader/manager. Lecture and seminar. Prerequisite: NU304, NU322, and NU434. Spring.
