TITLE:  Genetics

Description: BI306 Genetics. 4 hours (3 lecture/2 lab hours). The molecular, biochemical and cytological basis for inheritance; the cellular mechanisms and laws of transfer between generations, and their practical applications as related to human welfare. Special attention is paid to the impact of genomics. Prerequisites: BI101 and BI102. Junior or Senior standing preferred. Fall.
